Applicants must be at least 18 years old, and be a permanent resident of West Virginia and be approved medically for nursing home placement. They must also meet the Medicaid Waiver financial eligibility criteria for the program as determined by the County <span class=\"caps\">DHHR<\/span> office or the Social Security Administration if an active <span class=\"caps\">SSI<\/span> recipient.
