JCCOA is accepting applications for the following full-time positions:

Transportation Supervisor-  Employee will be responsible for directly supervising drivers, managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining JCCOA Transportation department, including and not limited to, employee files, schedules, vehicles and communication equipment. Qualified employee will be responsible for maintaining driver schedules and manifests. Employee will be responsible for PASS certification and training all JCCOA employees. Employee will be responsible for accurate record keeping including validations, vehicle maintenance logs and monthly grant reporting. Employee will assist with SAMS database entry and monthly service reporting. Employee will be responsible for ensuring all JCCOA policies and procedures are followed and will document any/all non-compliance issues. Employee will utilize GPS tracking reports to ensure vehicles are on route according to schedule & manifest.

JCCOA is accepting applications for the following part-time positions:

In-Home Care Aides- In-Home Care Aides assist individuals to remain in their homes and maintain their independence for as long as possible. You must have a big heart and bright outlook. Sometimes you will be their only ray of sunshine. You can make someone’s life better and get paid while doing so! Care consists of personal care, some light housework, meal preparation among other things. All training provided on site, no experience needed.  We will train the right person!  Day, evening and weekend hours available.

Driver- JCCOA is seeking the right person to fill a PT driving position. Candidate must have a valid license and a clean driving record. This position is responsible for providing transportation services to elderly and/or individuals with disabilities. The ability to driver accessible vehicles is mandatory. CDL is not required.
Position is 20 hours per with additional hours available, as needed.
This is an excellent position for someone who is retired but wants to make  difference in their local community!

Nutrition Aide-  Seeking right individual to assist in the preparation of menu items that will be appetizingly packaged for delivery to Home Delivered Meal clients. Employee will be responsible for safely delivering packaged meals to individuals who are homebound within the JCCOA route.   Employee will complete inspection of items being delivered by food truck and proper rotation and stocking of food products delivered. Employee will be responsible for working front-line (counter service) at JCCOA Congregate Site and be responsible for enforcing JCCOA Policies and Procedures during meal service. (30 hours per week).

Recreation Aide-  Seeking right individual to assist JCCOA Adult Day Care/Congregate Respite providing personal care, as well as, assistance ambulating to and from activities, dietary requirements such as feeding, recording daily progress in additional to reporting any changes in care to supervisor. Employee will assist in identifying cognitive, physical, emotional, and social programs for those with cognitive and physical conditions. Employee will assist in maintaining a clean, safe, work environment which includes but not limited to the clean-up of restrooms in the event of accidents, sanitizing recreation areas including tables and chairs. Employee will assist with well-being phone calls and assist with daily activities.


Day Habilitation Instructor- JCCOA Jefferson Center is seeking (2) individuals to fill the position of Day Habilitation Instructors. The employee will be responsible for performing tasks and duties according to the client’s specific IPP, prioritizing and organizing tasks to achieve goals outlines in IPP as well as participate in IPP when required. Employee is responsible for completing all paperwork pertaining to work performed by each client. Employee will provide transportation services and assist with ADL’s when needed. Employee will be responsible for recognizing and reporting changes in clients condition. Employee will be responsible with basic personal care such as grooming, bladder/bowel, feeding, hair care, etc. Employee must maintain client confidentiality and maintain a clean and safe environment with other duties as assigned. (25-32 hours per week)
