The programs offered through the JCCOA Outreach Office work with clients to provide help with, but not limited to the following:
1. Medicare Part B premiums
2. Medicaid, if qualified
3. Enroll in Medicare Prescription Drug Plans
4. Choose Supplemental Insurance Plans
5. Charitable Application (Medicaid Spin-Downs)
6. Living Wills
7. Food Stamps
8. Application for LIEAP (Low-Income Energy Assistance Program)
9. Referrals for In-Home Care
10. Fruit and Veggie Coupons
11. Assist in finding senior housing
12. And much more!!!!!!
