JCCOA ACTIVITIES FOR THE WEEK OF November 11-15

9:45  Art Class  All skill levels welcome!  This week we are working collages. Bring your supplies or use some of ours

10:00  Drink Bingo    Bring in drink item  from home  and receive a free bingo card.  Bingo cards are .50 cents or you can use one of our free ones.

11:00  Special  Bingo  Cards are $1.00  The winner receives a $10 gift card from a local business

1:00 Bingo     Cards are free!!  We have some great prizes to offer.

Wednesday,  November 13

10:15  Exercise  Join us for chair exercises.  This class is designed to build strength and enhance flexibility. The class is open all ages and levels of fitness! Our class is lead by Peggy La Gray

11:00 Speaker: WVU Medicine OSTEOPOROSIS

1:00 Line Dancing Class Enrollment is ongoing. There will be a $10 charge for 10 lessons. For more information please call 304 724 7111

2:30 Holiday Craft Class. There will be a $5 charge for class in order to purchase supplies. If interested, please see Gloria or Katlyn or call 304 724 7111

9:30 Wii Bowling Tournament All skill levels are welcome.  Enjoy a morning of  friendly  competition.

10:30 Cards This week we are playing “Trash”. It is an quick and easy game to learn.

10:30 CEOS Crafts Join the ladies of the Jefferson County CEOS for a fun fall craft!

1:00 Bingo   Bingo cards are free!

10:30 WII Bowling Championship  All skill levels are welcome! Drop in and show off your Wii Bowling skills. We have had 3 seniors who have “bowled” a perfect game!.

1:00 Yoga  Moving Mountain Yoga, instructor Kath Meadows will be teaching  CHAIR YOGA class.  If you can sit in a chair, you can do our yoga class 🙂   This class is free to seniors 60+
