Two new classes endorsed by the ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION.

WALK WITH EASE:   This program is designed specially for people who suffer from arthritis.  All fitness levels are welcome. Most people who can  stay on their feet for 10 minutes without increased pain can successfully participate in this program. The one hour class combines health education, gentle stretching  and walking. Each participant is encouraged to go at their own pace.   The class meets Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9am. The first session starts June 7th

TAI CHI FOR ARTHRITIS:  This class was created by Dr. Paul Lamm ,a group medical professionals and Tai Chi masters for the ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION and approved by the CDC to decrease the pain and stiffness that plague arthritis suffers.  All skill levels are welcome the class can be completed standing or from a chair.  Slow gentle movements are used to move the body and create a sense of well being
